Shipping Policy
- Order Processing: All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Shipping Time: Standard shipping normally takes 7–15 business days. Express shipping takes 3–7 business days. Delivery time is an estimate and not guaranteed, which may be affected by logistics delays, customs, bad weather or remote areas.
- Shipping Fee: Shipping cost will be calculated and shown at checkout based on your delivery address and package weight. Free shipping is available for orders over the specified amount.
- Shipping Address: Please double-check your shipping address before checkout. We are not responsible for lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.
- Tracking: Once your parcel ships, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can track your package online anytime.
- Customs & Import Duties: Buyers are responsible for any local customs duties, taxes or clearance fees that may apply upon arrival in your country.
