Return & Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility for Return: Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 calendar days after you receive the parcel. Returned goods must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags and packaging intact. Clearance items, customized clothes and lingerie are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  2. Return Reason: If you receive defective, wrong or damaged items, we will cover the return shipping cost. If you return items due to size issue, style dislike or change of mind, the return freight will be borne by you.
  3. Return Steps: Contact our customer service first to get an approved return address. Do not send returns without prior notice. Write down your order number on the outer package.
  4. Refund Process: After we receive and inspect your returned items, we will arrange your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds will go back to your original payment method. It may take extra time for banks to process the funds.
  5. Partial Refund: We reserve the right to reject returns or issue partial refunds if the items show signs of wear, stains, damage or missing tags.
  6. Exchange: Exchange is subject to stock availability. If your preferred replacement size or color is out of stock, we will offer a full refund instead.
